Terms of Service

1. What we provide
VEYQO is software for creating and sending proposals, contracts and invoices. It lets you prepare a document, share it by link, capture an electronic signature, and raise an invoice.
2. Your account and content
You are responsible for what you write and who you send it to. You must not use the service to send fraudulent documents, and you must have the right to share the content you upload. You keep ownership of your content; we claim no ownership of it.
3. The contract template is not legal advice
The terms and conditions template included in the product is a starting point only. It is not legal advice, has not been prepared by a lawyer for your circumstances, and may not be suitable for your jurisdiction or your business. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting it. Consult a qualified lawyer before relying on any contract text.
4. Electronic signatures
The product records an electronic signature: the signer's name, the time, their IP address where collected, and a tamper-evident fingerprint of the exact document signed. Whether a particular electronic signature is enforceable is a question of the law applicable between the parties. We make no representation that it is binding in any jurisdiction, and you should obtain legal advice if that matters to you.
5. We do not process your clients' payments
Payment for your subscription is handled by our payment processor. Payment from your clients to you is a separate matter: we are not a party to it, we do not process, hold or take a fee on it, and we have no visibility into it. If you enter your own payment link or bank details on an invoice, you are dealing with your own bank or provider, and we are not responsible for that arrangement.
6. Generated content
AI features produce drafts. Output can be inaccurate, and you are responsible for reviewing everything before sending it. You must check figures, names and factual claims against your own records. You must not rely on generated text as legal or professional advice.
7. Availability and termination
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. You may cancel your subscription at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period. On termination we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period, and you should keep your own copies of anything important.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
